Email my rates

Prefer your rates to be sent by email? No problem.

Many people prefer to receive their rates bills electronically. If you'd like to receive your rates invoices and other communication by email, or you need to change your email details, you can set it up here.

You will need to enter the assessment number, valuation number and property address from your latest Otago Regional Council rates invoice.

Note: We are not able to email rates accounts without the email application form being completed.
